A light alloy pulley, 70mm dia, on brass/silver-steel bearing, held in synthetic(hammer) finish alloy bracket, with two clamping screw for bench edge, or similar support respectively, The bracket may be clamped to a bench edge, or similar support up to 38mm thick, screwed to a flat surface, or held on a 13mm dia support-rod.
